A Global Standard for a Modern Martial Art

The World Throwing Boxing Kick-Do Federation governs TBK-DO — a scientific, full-contact combat system developed in Assam, India between 1993 and 1996 by Dr. Grand Master Mahaguru (Sajee). Today it is practised across 179 member countries under one unified grading and examination standard.

Yes. TBK-DO's Blue grade is the entry point for beginners of any age, taught progressively before advancing to Orange, White and Red.

Four uniforms are recognised: Red (senior), Blue (sub-junior/junior), Orange (intermediate) and White (kata and Hangdang sword training).
